Here at THS Property Maintenance, we take pride in supporting our local community, our environment, and the welfare of animals. Our goal is simple — to give more back to the world than we take from it. We work closely with the local Wildlife Trust, offering both fundraising support and hands-on volunteering. Recently, this has included our involvement in the Derwent Meadows project along the river, where we have been helping to remove invasive, non-native plant species, encourage native wildlife to thrive, and strengthen the overall health of the riverside ecosystem.

Animal welfare is also something we care deeply about at THS. We donate a share of our profits to Woodgreen, helping them continue their vital work rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need. Giving back in this way allows us to make a positive impact far beyond property maintenance alone.

Looking ahead, we are committed to expanding our community efforts even further. We are planning partnerships with schools, councils, and local authorities across the East Midlands, with the aim of taking part in more outdoor projects, conservation days, and educational activities. Our ambition is to dedicate regular monthly volunteering time to improving green spaces, protecting local habitats, and supporting the people and organisations who keep our communities thriving.
